How CST's Contract Manufacturing Process Works
- Discovery call — share your product concept/ brief, target market, volume forecast, and any existing formula or branding assets.
- Formulation — work with CST’s in-house R&D lab (20+ years of soap formulation experience) to refine an existing CST formula or develop a custom formula from scratch.
- Sampling — receive lab samples for evaluation, including fragrance, texture, lather, and packaging mockups.
- Pilot run — approve a production-equivalent sample before full manufacturing begins.
- Production — full-batch manufacturing across six production lines, with high-speed capacity to 150,000 bars per day.
- Quality control — every batch passes in-house QC testing for consistency, pH, fragrance load, and packaging integrity.
- Fulfillment — ship to your warehouse, 3PL, or direct distribution center.
